All the machines have been designed for CNC operation with special software, developed by the internal software house, using all the major NCs available on the market, and simultaneously managing from 2 to 5 interpolated axes.

Depending on the family of machines, movement can be managed entirely by means of hydrostatic support: tables, saddles, spindles. This technology enables gentle and precise movements, eliminating any stick-slip phenomena, and perfect spindle rotation without oscillations, vibrations or abnormal heating. In fact, a temperature control unit maintains a constant temperature throughout the machine.

The electronic implements all the measuring and CNC systems available on the market, selected according to our customers’ requirements. The design office, which is equipped with 3D software, and the workshop, are managed through an advanced CAD/CAM system. Purchasing, production organisation and warehouse management are fully computerised.

Quality control of the mechanical processes is ensured by the testing department, equipped with portable instruments and featuring a measuring machine which operates in a controlled environment.

Final testing in compliance with CE standards (ISO 9001 certification soon to be obtained) provides, in addition to intermediate testing, for the inspection by two in-house inspectors assisted by technicians from the customer service centre. These personnel are temporarily deployed to provide feedback to the production department, based on the experience acquired through customer relations. In general, the last part of the testing stage, which provides for 48-hour uninterrupted operation, consists in the execution of the pieces in the customer’s presence.
